The Company provides AI-assisted creative production services including but not limited to advertising visuals, product imagery, and brand creative content.
The Company operates a hybrid model including project-based, retainer, and credit-based production systems. Pricing is determined at the Company's sole discretion based on scope.
A binding agreement is formed upon written confirmation by the Company. Production begins only after briefing approval.
All payments are non-refundable after confirmation. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Each project includes up to 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes will incur additional fees.
The Client acknowledges that AI-generated outputs are non-deterministic and may vary between generations. The Company does not guarantee: · Identical reproduction · Consistency across outputs · Absolute originality · Absence of similarity to third-party content · Legal compliance or trademark registrability · Commercial performance
8.1 Ownership All final delivered outputs are fully owned by the Client upon full payment. 8.2 Company Rights The Company retains ownership of: · AI systems · Workflows · Prompts · Methodologies
The Company may use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes by default. Clients may opt out in writing before project commencement.
Client files may be temporarily stored for revisions, regeneration, and backups. Anonymized outputs may be used for internal system improvement. No long-term prompt storage is maintained. Training on client-specific data only occurs with explicit consent.
Clients may not use the Service for illegal, infringing, or harmful purposes.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid within the last 3–6 months per project relationship.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
